Seems a fairly clear 4-bet, albeit one that narrows my range to basically AAxx. I could have called, but I'm pretty deep with the player in the CO and I've got aces with a suit and want to maximise my chances to win a big pot with them. This is probably towards the bottom of my 4-bet range though, ideally it would obviously be better to have two broadways or two lower cards (and two suits). When the call I assume they have some sort of non-ace big pair or a strong rundown.

Seems a pretty clear continuation. Still got my aces, and I block all flopped straights/straight draws (23, 36, 68, 89), most of which I struggle to see my opponent having in their 4-bet calling range pre.

Feels like a pretty gin card here. Sure one of the draws gets there, but I block it. It also gives me top set in case the villain managed to bink sevens. I think I bet way too small. My thought process was trying to size a river shove on pretty much any river, but in retrospect I think I should have just gone 60-75% pot.

Annoying that back-door clubs got there, but I'm not overly worried by it as there aren't many hands I can think of that would 3-bet and calla 4-bet pre, then call flop with clubs. At least that make sense. To me the only thing that makes sense at the moment is a flopped set or really stubborn two pair, so I stick it in.

I lost. Which sucked, but I see their hand is Qh4h8s2s which is trash. They hanve two suits but largely unconnected pre that 3-bets and calls a large 4-bet. They call a c-bet with a pair of 4s, backdoor spades and a couple of backdoor straights. the ace on the turn kills the spades but gives them a gutshot which they hit on the river.
I'm aware I'm a pretty poor poker player, but I've always found PLO a bit more interesting than NLHE but I've recently started trying to properly learn this game. I've tried to comment on my thought process at each point along the hand and my main question is did I do anything particularly gormless, and at what point(s)? Whilst I don't think I should ever really expect to come up against this hand regularly, how should I have played it against someone with more reasonable ranges?
