I am in BN and I raise standard size with AcKcKdQs single suited

I got pot re raised by SB and BB followed, 

I have $700

SB has $500

BB has $500

so effective stacks = $500 (pot could rise to 1,5K).

I decided to bet full pot (4-bet) and if both call which is ~80% (they are loose, crazy and play 

almost every hand, very aggressive both, very competitive) I have chance to auto stack off

with this monster hand. My image is AA btw in this spot. They called.

I have "nice" flop, I have Kd, no one has 24 here, I have TPTK, board is relatively dry,

what would be your action here (SB still has to act) and on what r u putting BB here

and what he thinks we have?
