Dealing with bad sessions and stoploss

Hello everyone! First of all, sorry for my bad english.

Im a microstakes PLO grinder, whos trying to build a bankroll and move up. I was an essential member here at the RIO, and im planing to subscribe again next month.

I started with $200 bankroll at $0,1/0,2 PLO zoom 4 tables, had a really good start, will post my graph here:

My stats were : VPIP 24.96; PFR 15.29; Total AFq 40.42; WTSD% 30.15; WSD 57.46

I moved up to $0,2/0,5 when I hit $500 bankroll, I won like 25 buy in on the first 3 days and I had this really bad session, which I lost $119,36, It was a big hit for me, never had such a bad session, nothing really worked out that day.

My stats for this session were: VPIP 26.38; PFR 16.52; Total AFq 38.53; WTSD% 30.08; WSD 52.86

So, I got a few questions:
1) Based on those stats, what do I need to improve?
2) Im kinda new using PT4, but what is the importance of "Showdown/Non SD Winnings" lines on the graph?
3) I feel like im losing way too much money playing Small blind and Big Blind, is that normal for everyone? Should I just tight up at those positions?
4) Do u guys have a stopwin or stoploss for ur sessions? Cuz Im playing like 6-8h/day and studying 2-3h/day, and I dont have a stopwin or stoploss, never tried that on my grinding routine. I just stopped on this last bad session cuz I couldnt take anymore, lol.

Ps1: I really want to learn more about the game, so Im looking for any good insights, advices from u guys, so please feel free trying to help me;

Ps2: If u need any stats that I did not post here, just ask and I will try to post it after.

Thanks, guys!
