Confused with TP-turned-trips

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (3 Players) BB: $50.00
BN: $50.00 (Hero)
SB: $50.00
Pretty new table, playing on Ignition so no significant reads from the past.
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BN with K A 5 5
Hero raises to $1.75, SB folds, BB raises to $5.50, Hero calls $3.75
Given the width of my RFI range, BB being unknown, and me having AKds with a pair... I think folding ends up being too tight. So I call. (It's not a great spot for a 4bet, I don't think.)
Flop ($11.25) T T A
BB bets $6.50, Hero calls $6.50
Sort of like preflop, I just feel like a fold here is too tight, but I'm not thrilled about where I'm at. They can have Tx and AA (though I block the latter), but they can also be taking a stab with all sorts of stuff I'm beating (JJ-KK; low-mid rundowns that have totally missed)... given the wet flop (with KQJ and dd firmly in their range)... maybe a call is just asking for trouble, but I'm not sure.
Turn ($24.25) T T A A
BB bets $24.25, Hero
At this point, I feel like I'm actually in pretty good shape. They now can't have AA and I also beat all of their Tx except AT and TT. I also outkick or tie other Ax (though I can be getting freerolled a bit by other AK hands).

Their potting is somewhat discouraging, but folding the best turn in the deck seems wrong. Weird spot...
