Cbet or not?

HJ: $50.72 (Hero)
CO: $42.71
BN: $132.05
SB: $46.32
BB: $20
UTG: $27.99
Preflop ($0.35) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A 5 A J
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.75, CO folds, BN calls $0.75, SB calls $0.65, BB folds
Flop ($2.50) J 8 K (3 Players)
SB checks
Final Pot

This might be a very simple question, but I decided to post it anyway because I get easily lost in these spots.

SB = 41/18/3, BB = 33/19/7 and they are both regs at $25 and $50 PLO.

When they check to me on flop, should I bet my ~dry AA, or check back and try to improve?  On one hand, if I bet here and get raised I don't think I have much equity anyway so b/f seems fine, and betting for value seems a bit thin 3-way because lots of their Kxxx will be 2p on this flop or pair + wrap or oesd, stuff like that.  But if I check back I can see what they do on turn, and there's about ~15 turn cards that can improve my hand.

Thoughts?

You're lost because it's a difficult spot, heads up is a clear cbet, but with two opponents and being the PFR I think your best option here is check back, see the action of the button and think in your AA like blockers to the straight, then with more information, after the button action, and the sb action, decide.

I am probably still firing w cbet with 2 BDNFD in this spot I love it more if we had a K or some sort of GS but still think I take the stab here.  With weaker AA hands I would check the flop and evaluate the action.  Having the two BDFD gives us a lot of good turns to fire with, also we are super deep (~19SPR) so we do not need to worry too much about getting raised off our hand at this point.

Agree. 2bdnfds + bdsd + trips/set might be good.
I think checking might be okay if BTN will play honest here and not bet a lot of hands you have tons of EQ against.

Unless one of these players is v.agressive so you think there is a good chance that you will get c/r, I would c-bet.  Against someone where you will get c/r a lot this seems like a good hand to check back as it can't call a c/r but has plenty of cards to improve on the turn and pick up a NFD or trips.

Oh that's a good point, I'm in HJ and can't check back.  So the correct question would be, c-bet or check (not check back)?

Also, we don't have 2 bdfd, we only have nut spades.

o my bad, glad  I was not at the table :)

becomes a little closer but I think that I would still cbet mainly for protection.  Button will play pretty honest against our bet I think with the SB left behind.  If x/r by SB I think I fold 200bbs deep.

Pretty sure this hand is right on the cusp on x/ca or bet from a GTO standpoint.  I might slightly lean more towards betting as position is fairly valuable on this texture, and when you bet BTN is in a bit of an awkward spot and is going to fold some hands in his range which have good equity vs you with SB behind(I want to say those hands encompass ~15-20% of his flop folding range.  Maybe a bit more).  Additionally, if BTN is unlikely to stab his air, your really not gaining anything with your check, but you are letting him realize his equity for free.

I'm fairly certain if you bet flop it's a clear bet/fold vs both players.  Your equity vs their raising ranges is <25% if they're in line.  As one or more of them begin to x/r a more balanced range, I would tend to start checking flop with this hand more-so as a defensive adjustment to counter their strategy of stealing my equity.
