Villain is a fish who overvalues hands very much OTF but slows down on many turns and rivers. I have seen him call big flop bets with bare 6 high FDs . My question is : is this line good or should i only call when he reraises. Do you think there are turns where i could fold?

why are you raising preflop?
I pot/ broke flop as played: i block topset, with nfd+bdfd+3 sidecards at this low board I dont mind get it in but I want to deny some equity
I think the iso-raise 4value preflop is standard.
I also would prefer to lead this flop, you have a strong hand and you dont mind if some players would fold equity. Otherwise check-call fine too. As played, I would 1) check-raise smaller vs the minbet and 2) check-raise-call against the reraise, I dont see any reason to rereraise allin. you can call and shove any non-paired turn.
