Simple question: everyone seem to call any 3bettting hand against a 4bet and then stack off with every single piece of the flop, (even railing pl500 and seeing some other footage) arguing they only need 33% EQ on average to break even both preflop and OTF: My question is, how should we construct our calling range against 4bets, when it seems stupid to fold on any flop leaving 1/3 of the starting stack in the middle and outflopping a aaxx heavy range rarely to be a large favorite?
