This seems to lose. Mixed together outs for gut shot, back door flush draw and some of the outs to the TT

This was a new move for me, before I always checked here. But there's 27BB in the pot and it's likely that it will be checked around and there's a possible flush draw. Isn't this a call with a nut flush draw? So, nobody had a nut flush draw. I may have folded out other flush draws, which must be good. We don't wanna give 2 pairs any free cards either, since it's unlikely they pay anything on the river unimproved.

-can we call flop?
-best line on turn?
Maybe balancing isn't a huge factor in PLO5, but if we wanna balance this play what hands do we chose to lead turn? Sets seems fine and sometimes 2 pairs and pair + nut flush draw.
