I think I made a big mistake by b/f,right?b/f is the worst, our hand is ok against 2p,aa,and there can be some fe.
The options on the flop:
1.bet pot
2.bet small and call
3.check
what do you think the best?
Thanks.

I think I like taking a free card here. The hand isn't strong enough to feel good about bet/calling, and bet/folding into TWO trigger-happy guys doesn't look good either since you're probably getting pushed on here pretty often. You also rarely turn a monster, but make a decent-but-not-great hand somewhat often, so I think it's nice to keep the pot smaller and their ranges wider to have some more room to maneuver on turns and rivers.
Check back flop. You're bluffing if you bet, not protecting because worse hands aren't going to peel. But since you have some potential bd outs and blockers I'd rather wait until the turn to try a bluff or spike something and be able to semi bluff or bluff catch.
I'd rather bluff a low/no equity hand with a blocker.
You could bet smaller (33 or so) with most of your range here, it's hard to play against. However, this hand has too much backdoor potential and somewhat of a playability on the turn (meaning you can call a lead), despite the low spr, so I prefer a check back most of the time.
So, check is by far 1), bet small/fold is ok and the other options are bad.
