I think you can raise this pre, this hand doesn't play fantastically OOP in a 4- or 5-way pot.

He didn't x/r flop so we can discount lots of AA and JJ (still possible but less likely), and maybe AJ too.  That said his turn leading range seems to consists lots of T9 with or w/o redraw, AKT:cc, A8:cc and whatnot.  That said, it's hard for him to have a redraw with T9, as it has to be JT98:cc or T987:cc and you block some of those rundowns anyway, not to mention you block diamond redraws too.  

Given that he can still have worse that he bet/calls and it's hard for him to have T9 + redraw (in which case you're about flipping anyway), I'd just raise here and call if he 3bets to see the river IP.  If he just flats I'd check back the board pairing river, Q/K and maybe diamonds; not quite sure what I'd do on club rivers.  

If we were OOP I'd be more inclined to just flat and see a cheap river.  But then again, I'd raise this pre pretty much all day.

I would raise pre and otherwise fold, if I wasn't comfortable playing this hand deep and OOP. If the game plays passively, limping weak hands up front will work, but note that then you're mostly playing for the hand's nutty straight structure. Your flush and pair/two pair potential goes way down in value with many players.

As played, calling the turn and playing rivers accurately seems fine to me. You can raise, but there are freeroll issues, and tons of cards changes the board significantly.

Raise preflop as already stated above.

Whats not to like about the turn since you can be in doubt about how to proceed? You got position, you got nuts, you got double redraw, you got a non inflated pot.

And if he wants to get it in then lets get it in. A lot of people tend to overplay naked nuts at this level

Yea I'd raise for sure to protect against set or clubs
