Calculating calling frequencies
4 handed PLO. 2200 effective
3 players ante 100, the 4th goes all in preflop without looking.
The players, in turn, get to call or fold 2200.
How do we go about calculating optimal calling and over calling ranges, as well as the EV of each range?
