BvB facing raise on Qxx 2tone from both sides

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (4 Players) BN: $57.46
SB: $43.87 (Hero)
BB: $74.72
CO: $35.38
villain 18/12, 70 hands
Fold BB to SB steal: 5/5
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is SB with 6 4 J Q
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.75, BB calls $0.50
I'd mostly just fold this hand BvB but since he's so tight, I decided to still open and basically profit from him folding too much.
Flop ($1.50) 5 Q 2
Hero bets $0.90, BB raises to $2.30, Hero calls $1.40
Turn ($6.10) 5 Q 2 3
Hero checks, BB bets $4.00, Hero calls $4.00
River ($14.10) 5 Q 2 3 K
Hero checks, BB bets $7.80, Hero raises to $29.60, BB calls $21.80
Final Pot SB wins and shows a straight, Deuce to Six.
SB wins $72.30
Rake is $1.00
He had Ad 8d 4s 2s, unfortunately this isn't shown

Flop I wasn't 100% sure if cbetting > checking especially since I've noticed him raising 2/5 cbets but still viewed it as sample size issue and decided to go for the bet.

From here, I think my play should be fairly std. I called his flop raise because he made it extremely small, I had TP + a nut gutter and now I'm starting to think he raises cbets with quite a wide range.

OTT I didn't repot because we're deep and there's a shit ton of rivers he can make my life miserable on if I turn my hand faceup here.

What do you think about his flop raise though? Is this a good hand to raise with or should he rather call? To me it looks like an ugly spot if he gets 3bet with this. He also keeps worse FDs in and has ok SDvalue if he improves to 2p or trips. And he can turn backdoor spades and easily call the turn too. I think I'd prefer to call this.
