I can see myself doing this as well but it depends on a few different factors. How many hands do you have on this player? Have you seen him bluffing on flops? In three bet pots? The check raise stat is perhaps high but if you only have 10 hands on the player it means nothing. If I had that note on a player it would mean he went all in with JJxx preflop, what does it mean for you? On the whole though his stats and stack size indicate that he does not really know what he is doing so I don't mind getting it in here. I have seen players turn up with such random stuff in similar spots.
I don't like your three bet size though. You don't have to pot it in position but make it bigger. Tom Coldwell has a good video on here that covers that topic.
