Bottom set on extremely dry board vs preflop raiser PLO 10

BB: $36.30
UTG: $47.30
MP: $10.27
CO: $11.88 (Hero)
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is CO with T 2 2 T
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.30, Hero calls $0.30, 3 folds
Flop ($0.75) 8 2 A
MP bets $0.40, Hero calls $0.40
Turn ($1.55) 8 2 A K
MP bets $1.10, Hero calls $1.10
River ($3.75) 8 2 A K 5
MP bets $2.60, Hero calls $2.60

Preflop is standard IMO, 3b such one-way hand will not be a good idea, we either going to win a small pot or lose a big one.
OTF there is no point in raising at all since we could be drawing dead, so I flat.
OTT it became very tricky since he bet big, although he has a bunch of AAxx, KKAxx maybe hands like 8899ds or 88TTds, we still going nowhere.
OTR very very - dickey spot, he bet 70% of the pot rapping almost only a few hands if he is a thinking player he is probably going to bet polarized range with blockers in his hand.

My main thoughts about this hands are:
He is expecting us to have a medium strength hand very often in this spot, but we under rep our hand a little bit, so he actually can be betting AKxx for value and ofc he could be bluffing in this spot with blockers. So all that in mind I decided to call...
