CO is 63/8/0 over 51 hands. This is his second Cbet where he potted both times. Recreational Player
SB is 51/18/0 over 55 hands He limps 28% so I have him as a Rec Player. This is the first time I have seen him raise a Cbet. I dont have too many stats on him besides his WTSD% as 28%.

I have this labeled as a misplayed hand as the population at bovada low stakes are definitely value heavy in every spot. I am wondering, should this just be a fold on the flop? I felt like at the time after calling the flop I had to call that blank turn. Which probably is a mistake since many in the population shut down with their bluffs, or at least will a % of the time. Clearly, a solid player would still have a variety of bluffs which they could continue with, but this being a rec player I don't think I should give them that credit.
What should be my standard in spots like this?
Thanks for the help.
