Betsize on semi-static turn with SRP=1,8

UTG: $199.06
HJ: $377.20
CO: $364.36
BN: $400 (Hero)
SB: $225.20
BB: $675.22
Preflop ($6.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt T A 2 2
UTG folds, HJ raises to $8, CO folds, Hero calls $8, SB folds, BB calls $4
Flop ($26.00) 2 K K (3 Players)
BB checks, HJ bets $24.83, Hero raises to $65.23, BB calls $65.23, HJ folds
Villain is a multitabling winning reg with a wide 3b range, so with his preflop and flop call we can exclude AK type hands. His range would be mostly/only bad Kxxx hands. My range would be 80% Kxxx or 22xx and 20% semibluffs.
Turn ($181.29) 2 K K T (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $178.49, BB folds
After the hands I regretted the betsize - what do you think? My thoughts are we should design our play to those hands that doesnt beat us already, so we can exclude K2/KK/KT/TT and also AK, giving us an equity of 80%. vs. Kxxx
Final Pot
Hero wins $178.49
With this in mind - can we considder this a static turn and thus bet 60% (leaving 60%PSB on river and gives room for folding turn or river and potcontrol if we hit our draws the few times we have semibluff hand)? Or should we pot(call) our entire range - or even checking and bluffcatch or VB river ip?
