I don't see much to do here other than k/c for this sizing.
I think that this hand will be very difficult to play on most turns and rivers, but if you fold to a 1/2 pot size be on this flop your opponent can almost bluff with any 4 cards. And I think folding this hand (where you are still an equity favorite) would be extremely exploitable.
While you might have to fold 90+% of turns with this particular hand, your range should have plenty of cc,74,65+ type hands in there so opponent can't go crazy betting every turn after you k/c
