Bet Flop OOP with draw. How to plan turn with nuts?

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (6 Players) MP: $50.57
CO: $51.84
BN: $70.35
SB: $23.17
BB: $68.22 (Hero)
UTG: $69.32
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BB with 8 A K J
3 folds, BN raises to $1.75, SB folds, Hero raises to $5.50, BN calls $3.75
Villain's open range is 80%, So 3-bet is obvious
Flop ($11.25) 6 Q T
Hero bets $8.00, BN calls $8.00
Have 13 outs for nuts, So I thought that leading is fine.
Turn ($27.25) 6 Q T A
Hero
That's the spot of the question.

I often lead with strong draws (and sometimes with gutshots with bet/fold plan).

I know that if I always bet with made hands and always give up when I don't have a hand, my game will be super exploitable. Here you can see my graph from low limits PLO with huge nonshowdown losses. Still against fishes I feel that I loose a lot of value if I play otherwise. So I have a playing style where I play too much fit/fold even to my own taste and it hasn't worked too well when I have tried to climb the stakes. Good regs especially at higher limits seem to crush my current style.

I need more tips and strategies how to keep the current EV or increase it by playing made hands with less transparent style. Which stats / tendencies to look to determine when to do one of the followings:

-Check-call OOP with nuts (turn), to induce river bet
-Check-raise OOP with nuts (turn/river) (to trust that villain can bet weak value or bluff)
-Check-raise with missed draw (river)
-Call IP with nuts (not completely dry boards), like QQ at QJ5
