Awkward Decisions On Multiple Streets

For those of you who don't like hand made HH's:   http://wt.ag/1cPgJhx

5 handed 1/2 PLO

MP-(238.25)Opening 26% from MP, but given that he's opening min and
tilting fairly hard at the moment, I think the top 15% or so of that
range is discounted, and he's opening something like 35-40%. His
leading range on flops has been fairly weak and seemed like it was
weighted towards hands that were bet/folding. We're on 4 tables right
now and I'm getting the best of him on our two HU games.

CO-(200)21/14 over 315 hands. His 3bet freq overall is very low(5.1),
but his 3bet from CO is high(which I hadn't noticed at the time) because
he's iso'ing tilted MP. My initial impression is that he's fairly in
line but will get out of line on occasion in spots that aren't that
great to do so, imo.

Hero (Covers)

MP raises to 4.00, CO 3bets to 11.33, BTN folds, Hero is SB with Qc7cJs8s and calls, BB folds, MP calls.

Flop Qd3s2s(36.00)

Hero checks, MP leads 20, CO pots to 96.00, Hero?
