2 folds, CO raises to $1.50, BN folds, SB raises to $5.00, Hero calls $4.50, CO calls $3.50

I was wondering is it right or wrong to play this hand in this situation?
and if CO raised it and BTN made 3-bet, is it more reasonable to fold?
