Hi, im not sure about this hand. Does it make sense to check the flop behind?
i think i block the most overpairs, so there is very less danger.

If you check this flop, your betting range is going to be too weak (and you should have a betting range). Bet small to protect-against/extract-from worse Tx and maybe get some calls from pocket pairs. Checking trips makes more sense out of position, but with position, top kicker, and three overcards you really want to be building the pot and charging weaker Tx to fill up.
I think that the best way to play at micros is by betting every time you have trips with top kicker
