CO is re raising every hand, calling everything, I wanted to 4-bet and isolate him , although OOP, as I think I can get value from him and I can play my aces decently postflop.

Board is paired, I have nut blocker for diamonds ( although vs this player it doesn't help a lot). What is right/your move here?
