Aces OOP in 4-bet pot on paired board

BB: $18.25
UTG: $109.35
HJ: $51.50
CO: $112.65
BN: $50
SB: $424.35 (Hero)
Preflop ($0.75) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A A 5 8
UTG raises to $1.50, HJ folds, CO raises to $5.25, Hero raises to $17.75, BB folds, UTG folds, CO calls $12.50
CO is re raising every hand, calling everything, I wanted to 4-bet and isolate him , although OOP, as I think I can get value from him and I can play my aces decently postflop.
Flop ($37.75) 9 Q 9 (3 Players)
Board is paired, I have nut blocker for diamonds ( although vs this player it doesn't help a lot). What is right/your move here?
Thanks.
