About plo preflop open size and postflop betsize question

Hi guys,I saw lot good players have different way about preflop open size and postflop bet size.So I have some question about size.
Open size:
Some good player open 3.5bb utg/hj,2.5bb co/btn,like Durian, there is also good player like cts open always 3.5bb in any postion, even against bigblind shortstacker he still open 3.5bb on the btn.
postflop size:
Some one bet 70% mostly, and some bet bigger size 80%+.
What do you think the best strategy?Adjust size according to different players or opponent stack size,or just always the same size?
Any advice or article about this is welcome. Thanks :)

I think it comes with experience tbh. You need to be comfortable with your sizing as it will determine how the rest of the hand will play out. Sure its good to keep balance and raise the same size unilaterally; however sometimes its better to thin the field with a big raise when you have a pre-monster so that it doesn't become post-prey.

Over all I would suggest that there is no set rule of how much you should be betting every time. That being said, given that there are a galaxy of factors / variables in every single session you're in there is no best strategy for you to go with.. you have to be raising according to the levels of your opponents otherwise you'll be exploitable. In my opinion aggressive poker is winning poker and being able to the predator by effectively reading your opponents and exploiting spots where you see weakness is paramount.

Further, you have to take table image into account. Say for instance you make a bluff every once in awhile and you get caught on one on show down; this will have tremendous equity for you in the future because at this point people will tend to call you down more and you will be able to make bigger value bets and will get called more frequently when you jam with the nuts. So this is all more or less to say that the more we become multi-level thinkers with experience the more optimal our bet sizing becomes the better our win rate increases
