With my 3bet I obv want to isolate the fish but as always on this small stakes the limper has to call too.
I am not sure what the right move is on this flop? There are some draws possible although I block the nutflushdraw. The CO has only 1PSB left. HJ looks like a rundown hand which often has some piece of the flop I think. Is c/f weak? Do we b/f although it might be difficult to bet and fold if the CO sticks his stack in. I hope you can help me.

You don't want to bet/fold here. I'd say start with a check, and get it in vs CO if HJ folds, and fold if HJ puts money into the pot. The SPR is a bit too high to get it in profitably 3-way.
The 3-bet preflop is a bit marginal exactly because you'll get into spots like this. When you're confident you won't be making too many mistakes in these spots (and you're 3-betting a wide range) I think the preflop 3-bet is fine. If you're uncertain about spots like these then I think you'd be better off just flatting medium aces.
