Seems like an easy check. Bet vs missed cbet stat and aggression frequency will help you decide how to play against the fish. Plus you block 9T combos.

A rough calculation tells us that ~1/3 of his flop calling range has a J which has you crushed, and the rest 2/3 of his non-Jx range has only 20% equity.

Our turn play should depend on how villain plays postflop, esp. on how bluffy he is.  I actually don't think betting here is a big mistake, because we have lots of Jx in our 3b range too and he probably won't bluff very often in this spot, so it's not like we are wasting equity by bet/folding here.  And we don't really mind him folding his draws with ~20% equity, because once we check the turn he can decide to turn those into a bluff and all we can do is just call twice and pray he doesn't have a J.  And of course he can just check that back on turn and realise equity, in which case he won't call another bet on the river unless he improves.

That said, against described villain I don't mind betting the turn at all.  If villain bluffs and bluff raises a lot, I would probably go into check-call mode, barring a few river cards on which I'd just x/f.

Roughly speaking:

Pre = 30%6h!AA (PPT syntax) or $FI30!AA (PJ syntax)

Flop = (J+, 6+:75+, 754+, 86!75+)!J8+ (PJ syntax)

If you are not familiar with PJ syntax, above means TP or better, bottom pair or better + OESD or better, wraps, bottom 2p w/o OESD or better.  From this range, I excluded top two or better because I think he will raise/gii those on flop.  You can rule out hands like KKQT, but I think there's a good chance he will just flat those hands too, and they aren't many combos anyway.

Can PJ break down equities for different parts of his range? I mean how do you know he has 20%?

Well, for this one I used PPT, but you can make PJ to do it for you.  The easiest way would be using SB module and splits his range into stack-off range (Jx+ in this case) and calling range (draws).  Then it will show your equity vs. these 2 different sub-ranges. :)
