villain opens 35% in the co. prob never folds to 3b in this spot, 4bets all/most AA but prob never 4bets any KK except maybe ultra premium AKKxds or KKBBds. 

he folds to cb in 3b pots 42% and raises 17%.

i think he will be very likely to slow play most of his KK (or raise small) and altho he is capable of raise-folding, i doubt he is here w this size. there are very few sets in his range to begin with.

my main question is, should we be checking this flop?

and do we gii as played? vs a range of: $fi40:(k5,k3,a42,764,64:(k,5,3),55,42:(k,5,3),ak:(2,4,76,74)) we have 35% eq and we need about 39% so it looks like a close gii just in case his range is wider.
