fourbetting 230bb deep with my hand is pretty unattractive, decided to flat

yup, with my actual hand i probably shudnt be betting this flop tbh
however, the flop certainly hits my range more than his any middle rundown, broadway wrap
i decided to go ahead and bet half pot
is it very bad?
wasnt actually playing my hand but my perceived range, but is it overrated in 100zoom?

turn top set, of cos not the best turn card, but only hand beating me is j9xx and KJxx,
with two obvious str8 on the board , shud i check behind here?
was thinking i could still get value for broadways, like AQxx, ATxx
and meh, he check jammed, he could only have KJ and i dun have enough odds to call...meh

Pre: i think 4betting these AA pre is fine as long as u dont auto-stack off on very bad flops. ppl are generally too scared to 4b non premium AA when stacks are >120bbs...i only play deep games...and vs most ranges and opponents you can profitably 4b any AABxss as long as stacks arent 250bbs+
Flop: i can go either way, readless im probably checking back. we will be tempted to keep on barreling brick turns vs a range that may not fold very often. we have a marginal hand+draw that probably plays better as an "honest" check back.
Turn: i think there are more reasons to bet than check. the only problem is the sizing, you may actually induce something when u bet small (QQ/TT might value jam now thinking that you have a draw or a worse made hand)....and in general it gets tricky if u induce something when you are intending to bet-fold.
we can do some math if this hand bothers you but if youre confident he almost always has KJxx then i guess you played it perfectly :)
I definitely 4b these AA. I'm happy to play a bloated pot IP w/ AAK6ss.
As played, I probably take a free turn card. It's a board where I'm not going to get out of line here, I think we have enough hand's w/ equity/zero equity to valuebet/bluff here. I think this hand is middling, and I'm pretty happy to try to get to showdown.
I would check turn, w/ intention of bluffing rivers against aggression (hearts) and value raising board pairs.
4bet pre. Don't bet flop. Don't bet turn. Play poker on the river.
