AAA8ss, 4 bet pot

BN: $227.20
SB: $727.52
BB: $559.37
UTG: $448.60 (Hero)
HJ: $200
CO: $200
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A A 8 A
Hero raises to $7, HJ folds, CO raises to $22, BN folds, SB calls $21, BB folds, Hero raises to $90, CO calls $68, SB calls $68
Flop ($279.00) K 2 2 (3 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $50, CO folds, SB calls $50
Turn ($379.00) K 2 2 8 (2 Players)
SB bets $369.20

Are we going to be exploited here if we fold the turn? the SPR on the flop is only 1.3. It feels like a bit of a leveling spot since our hand is face up here. Its possible someone might try to rep KK with Kxxx in their hand especially after an inducing size flop c-bet, but then again I'm not sure anyone would try to bluff AAxx on this board at this SPR.

It is somewhat strange that he takes a k/c flop, open jam turn line considering he still has the opportunity to jam river even if the turn goes k/k.

Also does anyone play pf differently?

If he does it every time and you fold everytime then yes you are being exploited. He obvious shouldnt have many KK or 2s (actually looks more like a 2 than KK). But then again I don't think people try to bluff you off AA in this spot. Another possibility is a K high rundown that picked up spades.

Also AK/AAK/AAss are a better hands to call with in your spot.

I personally hate feeling like I am being exploited but I think I would (try to) fold without any reads of him being a lunatic.

Preflop I wouldn't 4bet in this spot with AAA this deep.

I would fold this preflop UTG.  I might open this hand from the CO, and usually will from the button.  It does have some playability, but for the most part it's a tricky hand to play profitably.  I like to give myself the advantage of position when playing tricky hands.

Once you do get the action you get though, I think 4-betting is the way to go.  SB may very well fold.

Postflop....  it's hard to see any good player taking a line like this here.  But a good player should never have a hand that hits this board either.  You'd think that KKxx folds preflop most of the time, and calling 3/4-bets in the SB with any deuce in your hand is just plain bad.  So unless you have any other particular reads, I'd make a note on this player how he played this hand, with the assumption that he has KK or a random deuce.  Conclusion is the same though, it's likely a fold.  It's a pretty big bet to call and be wrong.

Fold preflop for sure.
As played i would fold. Even though its such a random play by him i do believe that most fishes would just c/c another Kss etc.
My guess is he has a 2 alot of the time here.

"Some might try to rep KK".
Reg: Would never do this sizing on turn with KK or with any hands - He would bet less to have a good bet left on the river (in case he was bluffing) - And no we are not getting exploited by folding - A sitation like this occurs so rarely that we would have to play many thousands of hands for it to be exploitable if we folded everytime someone pot like this on a paired board.
Fish: Would never be cable of bluffing here like this. I've never seen any fishes do a crazy bluff like this. A fish would though do this with a 2 very often (and also have a 2 in his range).

For everyone who advocates folding this hand UTG does that mean you also open fold dry rainbow aces like AA72r in this spot? In my mind AAA8ss and AA72r are of similar strength and playability.

Agreed.  I don't think it's a mistake to play this hand UTG, but I also don't expect it to do all that much better than break even.  And it's also a tiny part of your range, so it won't impact your overall winnings all that much either way.  Whether or not to play either of those hands is not a decision I'd lose much sleep over.
