What is the std play here? I have an OP and the NutFD. In a 3betpot the decision would be much easier but in a single raised pot with a PSR of 12 I am not so sure.

You're too deep to get it in, so calling here would be pretty std I think. 3-betting serves no purpose at all really, since the majority of players at 10PLO are heavily weighted towards made hands when they check-raise. So you're up against sets/2p the overwhelming majority of the time I'd say.
At higher limits where players may c/r a hand like... wrap+fd (which you dominate), or overpair+fd (which you dominate even harder), you'd have way more incentive to 3-bet the flop.
completely agree with above said, calling flop and if he pots turn on non-club card - folding is fine.
Agree. You have around 45% equity vs a value range of exclusively sets + 2-pair (not including dominated FDs). Call flop and hit an Ace or a club OTT.
