AA76 3-bet pot IP on Q52ttT

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) BN: $22.01
SB: $6.96
BB: $5.00
UTG: $6.85
MP: $7.56
CO: $5.59 (Hero)
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is CO with 6 A A 7
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.15, Hero raises to $0.52, 3 folds, MP calls $0.37
Flop ($1.11) 5 Q 2
MP checks, Hero bets $0.71, MP calls $0.71
Villain has played 25/11/0 over 100 hands. But I'd like advice on how to play this if I had no stats on him. Here I think I can bet since he doesn't hit this flop very; think he has mostly KK-TT and premium rundowns. I also have the back door nut flush draw and a few back door straight draws as well.
Turn ($2.53) 5 Q 2 T
MP checks, Hero bets $2.43, MP folds
Looks really scary that T, but the spr is under 2 and it will be very hard to play rivers, so I think it's best to pot. Also he has some flush draws on the flop that we price out.

How much do we bet on the flop? I tend to lean towards potting it. I can't see any check backs here.
Am I right to pot the turn?
If we're OOP, say in SB versus the BU, I would go for pot all the way. Is that correct?
Any advice on how to play Aces OOP is very welcome. I think they are very hard to play.

Thanks!
