AA in difficult super common spot

You 3bet naked AAQ3ss ip flop comes J96 rainbow 100bbs deep checked to you => ???? Villain has 40% range idk fold to 3bet maybe 0 For the sake of argument he is unkown as this situation will come very often and maybe checkraises KQJ+?

i reckon depends on your opponent. Is this flop in their 3 bet call range ??Are they passive & straightforward or likely to float, play LAGY etc??. Nice to have position , hopefully u have a backdoor FD as well.

I think bet-fold is a good standard against unknowns, although bet-call and check back also have some merit, depending on opponent's strategy.

I think b/f is really not that nice. If you do that w AA I'm just gonna go ahead and c/ship any KQ combo or better.
Versus unknown and assuming he pottet pre, we repottet and prolly have a backdoorflushdraw I'm honestly more inclined to pot/call and take a note on what he shows up with to develop a strategy in the future.
