Cbet is 20 cents too low for my taste. I was bet/folding.

A situation I find myself quite regurlarly having AA. I get called on a relatively dry high card board and Tu brings a card that is very connected to the top card. I think if I bet OTT (normally like 3/4 ps) I have to call if villain shoves. So best play might be to pot it then, but it feels so weird given my cbet size OTF. I think villain's Flop calling range is like Pair+GS, OESD and TP. Because I was unsure what to do I checked. Villain pots it. I am torn between fold or push. What is your line her?
