AA in 3b pot oop Turn play?

BN: $19.93
SB: $35.10 (Hero)
BB: $29.47
UTG: $22.31
HJ: $13.26
CO: $41.47
BN: 45 hands, VPIP/PFR 40/23, 3bet 0, AF/Afq 2.2/33, no 3bet history
BB: 26/11
Preflop ($0.35) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A A 4 6
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO folds, BN raises to $0.75, Hero raises to $2.20, BB folds, BN calls $1.45
Flop ($4.75) 6 K 5 (2 Players)
Hero bets $2.90, BN calls $2.90
Cbet is 20 cents too low for my taste. I was bet/folding.
Turn ($10.55) 6 K 5 Q (2 Players)
Hero checks, BN bets $9.98
BN has $4.85 left.

A situation I find myself quite regurlarly having AA. I get called on a relatively dry high card board and Tu brings a card that is very connected to the top card. I think if I bet OTT (normally like 3/4 ps) I have to call if villain shoves. So best play might be to pot it then, but it feels so weird given my cbet size OTF. I think villain's Flop calling range is like Pair+GS, OESD and TP. Because I was unsure what to do I checked. Villain pots it. I am torn between fold or push. What is your line her?
