Hi RIO,
drooler on my inmediate left playing (98/73/36.4); 1.8AF
I was playing very tight atm, but decided to c/r given villain stats (think my c/r could be bigger) and play for stacks without any concern.
c/c was an option here?

I think you'll want to bet again here on the turn. The 4s is very unlikely to have improved him. You can still get raised if he slow played a hand on the flop, but a lot of the time he will actually fold the turn. If he just calls that's fine too. You can comfortably bet the river on almost half the deck given that you bet on (some) board pairing cards also.
the thing is I wouldn't know what to do vs a raise (even more I'm pretty sure, on the micro stakes, that it's going to be a pot size raise), so given stats if I check I think he's going to bet with most of his range and raising can win the pot right there
am I right here?
Well, it depends on reads. A c/r can definitely be profitable here if you think he will stab very often, and fold some of the time to a c/r. If he bets only made (better) hands and always calls, then it's not a great plan.
When you do c/r you'll want to make it full pot though. I think stacks are just about deep enough for that. You're essentially looking for an SPR > 4 for a c/r to be the better option.
1.8 AF doesn't strike me as terribly high though. And actually you want to look specifically at his turn floating tendencies. Make it a habit to make player notes about things like that, how often he stabs when checked to in similar spots. You could consider board texture changes also but that's perhaps a bit more advanced than necessary for 5PLO.
