Only read is that UTG raises aggressive preflop. something like 40/38, but sample size is weak. only about 30 hands.

Aside from the preflop decision, im completely lost how i should play this hand. iam somewhat sure, that my flop check is standard and how it should be played. Turn is where im lost. looking back i dont like my betsizing at all. I think if i decide to bet it should be full pot. But can you make an argument for check/raising here?
How do you play this river? i guess its super read dependent, right? With his betsizing i need to be good 28% of the time if i calculate that correctly. Looking back, i think i should call here because my betsizing on the turn looked weak and secondly his wide range consists of so many non-nutflushes that he may check back.
any advice? sorry for the unstructured thoughts i gave you.
