A standard cooler in squeezed pot or not?

BN: $194
SB: $283.52
BB: $653.58
UTG: $60.05
HJ: $63
CO: $200 (Hero)
The villain in this spot is a reg, but less aggressive than most postflop. He is playing 25/17/7 but only c-bets 52% in single raised pots and only 48% in 3 bet pots. Sample size is often an issue here but I have 3k hands on him which I think makes the stat fairly reliable.
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt 2 Q Q A
UTG folds, HJ folds, Hero raises to $6, BN folds, SB calls $5, BB raises to $24, Hero calls $18, SB calls $18
Given the tightness of the squeezer, can we fold this pre? Our overpair is probably dominated by AA or KK pretty often here. I think I would have folded single suited but double suited I thought calling was still ok at the time.
Flop ($74.00) T 6 4 (3 Players)
SB checks, BB bets $52.59, Hero raises to $174.66, SB folds, BB raises to $296.73, Hero calls $1.34, and is all in
At first glance this looks like a raise/get in spot with an overpair+flushdraw but given the unusually low c-bet in 3 bet pots (he also folds to a raise in 3 bet pots 0% of the time which means he is always calling once he c-bets) and the fact that he is c-betting 3 way, can we make a hero fold here despite the spr being less than 3?
Turn ($599.32) T 6 4 9 (2 Players)
River ($599.32) T 6 4 9 7 (2 Players)
Final Pot
BB has 5 K K 9 Hero has 2 Q Q A BB wins $421.20

We actually had 40% against his actual hand preflop but the times we run into AAxx we are doing pretty poorly and are put into an awkward spot on a random 752 flop so perhaps this is still a fold pre?
