Villain is a fish 60/30 but only 16 hands so I dont have any additional information. I assume his range is wide and probably loose passive. Im dont have information about his agression and fold to cbet (1/1) so far. On that dry flop I think the best is just cbet 30% pot. Without A or 7 He should fold. From mine observations I think fishes folding with higher frequency to cbet on dry flops but with this specific hand I have alot of good turns 5-J or clubs/spade. Generally GTO cbet with low frequency oop. What is your plan on this hand? Cbet or x/call?

Cbet generate situation like this. I barel turn on card what gives me equity and Im in big pot on the river with random fish. I dont have idea about his tendencies If He can bluff or not. I hit mine out and must fold anyway.
