5PLO - nut flush facing turn raise by aggressive player w/ history

Villain plays 48/31/13 over a decent sample. We have been playing on a few tables for a while. He 3bets a lot in position and lost a big pot against me when I 4bet a non-AA hand and got it in very good on the flop. After that he insulted me in the chat. I haven't seen him getting totally out of line postflop, though.
What do you think about his range for raising the turn in this spot? My first thought was he is likely to be semi-bluffing here with something like KQxx (hard for him to have a total bluff on this board) and bluff-catch with lower flushes as he sees me as agressive. On the other hand he might be thinking I was loose enough to shove straights and lower flushes against him allowing him to raise the K high flush for value here.
Please also comment on your play on a paired as well as a brick river (assuming we just call the turn).
