5PLO Broadway on Flop no redraws

Preflop ($0.07) Hero is UTG with K A 3 Q
Hero raises to $0.12, 3 folds, SB calls $0.10, BB calls $0.07
I get called by 2 LAGs in the blinds
Flop ($0.36) K J T
SB checks, BB bets $0.30, Hero calls $0.30, SB folds
It seems unlikely that he would lead against an UTG open with just a draw so I'm assuming he has the nut straight as well. Is this an error and should I have raised him with no redraws given his aggressive nature?
Turn ($0.96) K J T 5
BB bets $0.90, Hero calls $0.90
Turn is a brick and he leads again....just call or raise? Should I be protecting against the ds? In fact the river came 3d and he potted it. Just fold?
