5PLO Bluff catch

I shouldn't actually have named this bluff catch. Just "river situation"

But anyway, cross 150 hands, V is 45/34 and his 3bet stats is 27 and squeeze stat is 29. His cbet stats are flop: 31 turn: 100 and his river bet frequency is 29. So he is very loose. He went all in pre against 2 players with JJ53ss.
I decided to float flop with my gutter, a play which I usually do not make against regular players (I either fold or bluff raise) but felt fine against this particular loose and predictable player.
I hit the straight on the turn and it went x-x so I put him on AA, AKQ sort of hands. (Maybe I should have bet here?)
Then one of the worst cards rivered and I decided I didn't like to get bluffed here so I led out small. Is it better to x-f?

Did I play okay this hand? I could have folded pre but my hands were somewhat connected and against a player who 3bets 27% of the hands, I felt like it was okay to call.

Oh and is calling ever an option on the river? I do block the nut straight and if he had AA, he could be bluffing here.

Don't like opening this hand from the sb with knowledge of that lagtard in the bb. Limping is fine if you must play the hand as you can afford a limp/call but you definitely cannot open and call the 3b.

Flop and turn play look fine. That donk lead River looks pretty bad, only folding hands you already beat and now you're in a tough spot. This is actually a very good bluff spot for him and I'm actually very tempted to call that raise... I'd prolly go for check/call line, check/fold is fine.
