villain is aggro player, small sample but 3bets a lot.
pre is 40\26
I assume his sqz is wider than AAxx and AKKx$ds, so the bord should hit him quite hard.
some general questions: a)should we have leading range here if we play vs ~6-8% 3bet? b) if so, can we stay balanced, what would be your b\f hands here?
if we assume BTN don't have calling range, does this calculton make sense?

upd. why do we bet here? - to put pressure on his unimproved\weak AA\KK, make he call once and fold OTT some AJxx, TAQ and such
