57 buys under EV over < 50k hands looking for coping/mental game advice
Over the past month, I've played about 50k hands of mostly .25/.50 PLO on various sites available in my area. I find myself becoming frustrated, and am having difficulty playing my A-game during this stretch to the point of tilting. Are there any players that have books, apps or helpful advice that can help me deal better with the large variance I'm facing?

You can check out Jared Tendlers books The Mental Game of Poker 1 and 2. He talks about tilt and how to handle it.
For me I just take some time off from the tables and even studying poker. I like to get outside get some sun and exercise. Or do do something you enjoy doing ( playing video games etc ) . Take as much time off as you think you need.
Thanks, I'll check those books out.
Great advice Shinobi1989!
When I'm feeling mentally beat down during a downswing I like to look for inspiration. Knowing that very successful players have experienced and overcome the black hole of variance makes things a lot more bearable (I had Galfond's graph from the Venividi Challenge as my background for about 4 months).

Make sure you don't put your bankroll in a position where you risk taking yourself out of the game.
