5/10 Live PLO Hand

Playing in a loose, live 5/10 PLO game. No one is especially deep (stacks range from $1,000-$3,500), there is very little 3betting.

Very laggy player who is playing way too loose but is young and seems to know what he's doing raises from the SB/UTG to 70 with a button straddle on. Semi-loose/passive player in EP calls. I call in Early MP with AKJ3ccxc (too loose?). CO and Button call.

Flop comes KK6 rainbow. Raiser checks, caller checks, I bet 180, folds to original raiser who calls, other guy folds.

Turn is a 3 putting a heart flush draw (I don't have hearts but now have a boat). He checks again, I bet 500, he calls.

River is a Qh. He checks. Do you bet here? I'm worried about two things here: 1) This seems like exactly the way he may play KQ but not AK. 2) He seems savvy enough to realize KJ is a bluff catcher here, as well as AK. I'm worried I'm value towning myself. Thoughts? I apologize if I'm structuring the hand poorly, I haven't posted a hand history in a long time!

I think you can fairly confidently b/f for around 1/2 pot and I seriously doubt he's going to xr bluff KJ or AK.  The heart draw getting there is going to improve some of his bluff catchers to a flush, and he'll occasionally have worse boats. I think you've got a solid value bet here.

Thanks for you're input. I think you're right that he won't attempt to c/r bluff in this spot so I don't have to worry about that. I was just worried that this seems like a very standard way to play KQxx here and AKxx may bet the flop.

themightyjim nailed it on the head. Live players love to call and any raise is a strong indication you are beat. If this were online though I think xb the river makes more sense although a vb is still probably +ev
