We 3bet against a weaker player: 60/35 with 55% Fold2Cbet over 200 hands, very low aggression frequencies postflop.
Std till Turn. Here we face one of the two worst turns for our hand? Given that we have two tens, it makes his range stronger because he couldn't have those when peeling flop.
Our plan on turn I think can be:
1) check: he can turn things into a bluff although he is in general not that aggressive.
2) bet small: gets calls from some pair+sd etc. optimal betsize would be 250?
