Pre and OTF seem normal to me. Turn it gets interesting and you can decide if you want to check back and take a free card. I think though if you bet and get raised you have to fold to checking back might not be a bad idea and bluff rivers if you dont improve.
Betting turn is ok too imo. OTR you dont have Showdown value so you either give up or bluff. This really depends on your opponent and how likely he is going to cal rivers. I think it will be hard for your represent something strong otr because you would often check behind here with 2pair and its unlikely you made trhe backdoor straight. so sometimes giving up in this spot cant be that bad...
I guess I shouldnt try to bluff the turn and river vs "fishy" players.

Yes that would help. :-) Its a lot easier to read the hands and yes i think that is good plan. I think i have the same problem and im slowly adjusting. I also play lots of plo50 zoom and im overbluffing against fishy players. They often call me down with hands were im thinking, how in the world can you call.
Fishy guy would call me in this spot OTR with some weird 39xx for example. So dont bluff often against these players and if you do have a hand go for value even with big bets.
