I open preflop to isolate fish in position, but end up getting called 3 times ... ^^
I wonder what is the best between c/c and b/f, maybe something else ?
Villains are kinda passive.

I would probably cbet/fold (for value I guess) OTF. If there is a fish in the hand you can get called by bare GSs for example. The passive guys rarely raise good draws but strong made hands. So it is easy to play (and fold) against. Even 4way you often hold the best hand here OTF and giving free cards hurts a lot more than if it was HU.
OTT I would bet/fold like OTF.
Yeah, cbet the flop. As played, stab the turn for $7.50 or so.
If villains are both passive as you mentioned, I can't think of a better line than b/f OTF
