50PLO Super Deep, River Decision

CO is running 68/30 over 600 hands. Some hu, some 6m. He's pretty similar from the button and blinds in 6m as he is in HU, very wide. We had been playing HU trying to start two 6m games. His overall game plan involves a much more passive approach IP, keeping his ranges wide and disguised. He's actually pretty balanced overall, and is a good hand reader/understands good bluff spots and good hero call spots.

Earlier we played a hand where he called two streets IP on AQ3,6bdfd and raised a 4o river as a bluff. If that gives you an idea of how he is thinking.

Our dynamic in 3bet pots is that I'm 3betting around 12-15% 6m, (15-20% HU) and have been focusing a lot on protecting my flop checking range against him on boards that are better for his range, as well as c-betting more frequently on boards that are good for my range. The hand in question involves a flop that hits my range better. In terms of my barreling tendencies, he has seen me barrel off as a bluff, as well as give up sometimes. He has been pretty apt to call me down when I rep a narrow range.

SB is a fish.

Eff Stacks 131.25 5 handed

MP folds, CO raises to 1.50, BTN folds, SB (55.50) calls, I 3bet QdQc8d4c to 6.00

**Villain is opening 40% of co's when folded to him.

CO calls, SB calls

Flop As Qs 7d(18.00)

SB checks, Hero 13.00, CO calls, SB Folds

Turn 9c(44.00)

Hero 33.00, Villain calls

River Jh(110)

Hero(79.75)?

So, in terms of what I think his range mostly consists of. A lot of Aces up, some KJT, most flushdraws+pair or better, some weird mediocre 2pr's. He didn't really have a tendency to turn much into a bluff after I went bet/bet/check, so I think the range he shoves on the river is a) pretty polarized, and b) doesn't have that many bluff combos. I think he thinks that b/b/ch line is pretty strong from me. So, my thoughts on this river were either shoving for value, or check/folding.

In terms of potential air combos, I could definitely play my KsK** combos like this that 3b pre, my rundowns that made medium 2pr and have K,T,8 blockers, I think I'm more likely to turn into a bluff rather than show down, sth like KQ98 or 9876. Also, I think this is a spot that he expects me to check this type of hand on the river a lot(Interestingly enough, I think QQ is closer to a value shove here than AA b/c of card removal), so a shove in his eyes reps a pretty polarized range.

Thoughts on all streets appreciated.
