BT makes it 3bb, I make it 9.25 as BB w JsTd9s3d, He calls.

Flop KsQh6c.

I bet 14b, but not really sure where to put this hand. He called.

Turn 7h, pot 44bb, Stacks ~80bb

I checked, maybe potting is better?, he bet 30bb, I called.

River 6s, I check, he jams ½ pot, I fold.

Think checking flop and raising a bet might be the best line and 2 barrelling if he checks back, but not sure?

Any ideas ?

Edited: 7h instead of 9h on turn.
