50PLO - facing pot bet OTR with non-nut boot on flush board

SB: $62.32
BB: $19.54
UTG: $78.29
HJ: $85.28
CO: $0
BN: $213.33 (Hero)
V is reg playing 20 14 6, open raising 19% from EP, aggr flop 8, turn 7 and river 2. I think I didn't play optimal on every street and got lost on the river multitabling.
Preflop ($0.75) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt 3 8 3 A
UTG raises to $1.75, HJ folds, Hero calls $1.75, SB calls $1.50, BB folds
Flop ($5.75) 7 6 3 (4 Players)
SB checks, UTG bets $3.50, Hero calls $3.50, SB folds
Turn ($12.75) 7 (3 Players)
UTG bets $8.50, Hero calls $8.50
Raising the turn to get value from flushes and fold to 3b? I don't expect to get value from air on the river by just calling since I can't have air so he will give up very often.
River ($29.75) 2 (3 Players)
UTG bets $29.75
Jamming and hoping to get called by the nut flush?
