50PLO 3bet pot IP - What's our strategy?

HJ: MACHINEMEN: $50
CO: Ph33roX: $50
BN: StuUngarKido: $36.73
SB: achillezzzzz: $59.86
BB: vfr0: $47.21
UTG: Raildojr: $59.45
Villain is a reg. He's attempting to isolate a loose passive fish that limps UTG. Let's assume no further reads other than him being competent.
Preflop ($0.75) (6 Players)
Ph33roX was dealt A K A 3
Raildojr calls $0.50, MACHINEMEN raises to $2, Ph33roX raises to $7.25, StuUngarKido folds, achillezzzzz folds, vfr0 folds, Raildojr folds, MACHINEMEN calls $5.25
Does anyone call here, attempting to play a pot with the fish rather than HU vs the competent villain? The table was pretty fishy overall, so this would have been likely to go more than 3way if I flat.
Flop ($15.75) 6 J 5 (2 Players)
MACHINEMEN checks

How do we play our range here? vs a HJ isolation raise I think my 3betting range would be kind of tight, probably something like 5%, comprised of decent AA, strong KK, and some double suited rundows.

This flop doesn't really hit my range, I would very rarely have a set or a wrap here, a lot of the time I'm going to either have a naked overpair or an overpair with some other piece, ranging from just a gutshot the nut flush draw.

Our opponent's range I believe would look something like 20%!AA, and let's assume he's going to check the flop to us with entire range.

I think betting a high frequency here is going to be pretty gross, as I have a lot of marginal hands and very few nutted holdings or air. I feel like we would be bet/folding too much equity. I guess if we can't bet/call here often, it goes without saying that we can't bet a lot, unless we don't mind playing a very exploitable strategy.

I would appreciate any input on how to tackle those spots where we have pretty low SPR's and pretty defined ranges, preferably using analytical tools like Pokerjuice or PPT. I'm ready to the the work, I just need some ideas before I begin.
