Do you think he is likely to bet/fold that specific card, considering I rep a bunch of AA or ABBx with a low pair or fd ?
I guess he could bet to barrel me off TTJQss type hands, as he might not expect me to cbet those 150 deep ?

I would have played the same as you did.... When turn hits high non(spade,club) card your c/r OOP OTF, after turn check becomes readable (range becomes capped to FD)...
Everything correct here....
A turn check isn't any more capped than a donk is. Problem with the turn donk is, calling an all in isn't all that great as he get's in sets, 45 and AX with spades that crushes us. You don't rep AA or Ax of spades well, I'd expect you to bet with any As that 3bet pre on the flop for fold equity, unless he's a maniac and reps every flop our 3bet range doesn't hit. And what do you do on the river if called? What do you bluff? What do you value bet? c/r turn anything other than A K Q, maybe even Jack cause we can call and bluffcatch some rivers with it, seems fine with me.
I call for a runitonce pro's opinion on this hand.
